So, with a record archive as long as your arm and with 6 previous albums under their belt, what can we now expect from a band like green day?, have they lost there touch...? FUCK NO, they are back and they are even better than before.
American idiot has all the goodness expected from green day, fast songs with great melodies, and lots of slow songs with catchy lyrics which you might find yourself singing without realising it. There is two really long tracks on this album, each of around 9 minutes long, they sometimes get really annoying and boring. but as a whole its a great album and you dont find yourself switching tracks, it flows really nicely.
Also, watch out for a tour coming this january, rumoured to have good charlotte with them for the ride.
