It’s the last night of their tour. 69 Eyes enter and welcome us with their gothic, synthesised, dark music. They played songs such as Perfume girl and The chair. It’s good to watch but not the best performance I’ve seen.
You can see the amount of Murderdolls fans here tonight. Wednesday 13 goes straight into Scary Song. The microphone stand has weird, ghoulish heads on it, also a light that he uses to shine on his face.
The set contains recordings of voices on films inbetween songs. He played songs such as I wanna rot, Space oddity 13, Grave robbing USA, Rambo and a song from his new album, called Haunt me.
A guy in a skeleton costume ran on after their encore with a banner saying “Elect death”. Wednesday 13 said he had only just realised that the future is death.
Overall it was pretty good. So if you’re going to the Download Festival, catch these!
